Each client has a unique set of requirements and understanding these is key to our service, so after a preliminary discussion we suggest organising a personal meeting to obtain a more detailed brief of what criteria really matters to you.

Upon being instructed we charge a registration fee, the level of which is dependent on the type and location of the property you require. On the successful purchase of a property we then charge a percentage fee of the purchase price, which is due after conclusion of missives. Once we are in receipt of the registration fee and signed terms we will set about searching for suitable properties through our network of contacts and report back to you with an objective appraisal of each property taking in to consideration such factors as local amenities, accessibility, views, privacy, road noise, pylons, wind farms, neighbouring properties.

We will then arrange for you to see the properties and if you decide that one of them is for you then we will carry out further due diligence before negotiating a purchase for the best possible terms. Once terms have been agreed we will liaise closely with the solicitors to make sure the process runs smoothly through to conclusion of missives and final purchase.
