INITIAL MEETING (free and no obligation) – we like to meet our clients to discuss their search criteria and also explain how our service works. If you have already found a property and require further advice then we would be happy to assist.

IDENTIFY – through our extensive network of contacts we can identify potential projects, whether it be an apartment in need of updating or an A-listed townhouse requiring complete renovation.

EVALUATE – once we have established a list of potential properties we carry out a detailed evaluation of each property and provide such information as:

- projected costings of building work at realistic and competitive levels

- initial enquiries to planning office for layout changes and listed building guidelines

- time frame for planning consents (if required)

- time frame for works

- comparable evidence for end value

- projected rental yield

- advise layout that will maximise value

- advise on purchase price
